Eigenart is a management company based in Los Angeles, built around the idea that individuality isn’t something to be polished. It’s something to protect.
There’s no single method here. No fixed idea of success. Just a belief that creative people deserve the right structure, strategy, and support on their own terms.
Eigenart is for those who know who they are. Or who are still figuring it out, and want someone to walk with them while they do.

Eigenart was founded by Philipp Skroblin, shaped by years of working closely with individuals across the creative world — actors, artists, filmmakers, and others whose work doesn’t fit neatly into a single category.
The role has never just been about management. Sometimes it meant protecting a vision. Sometimes building a team. Often, it meant being a Wegbegleiter — a steady presence alongside someone’s path, through change, growth, and uncertainty.
That approach lives here now.
Not as a formula, but as a way of working. A way of listening, translating, and walking with.
What matters is the person. The work grows from there.
